This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the availability of Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) funding for consultant services to develop and implement a local public education and engagement campaign on homelessness in Pasadena.
The Evaluation Committee will ise tje following criteria to review and tentatively score HEAP Consultant applications. Applicants are encouraged to review these criteria alongside their application.
