Throughout the year, the Pasadena Partnership to End Homelessness solicits requests for applications for various funding opportunities. HOPE Team Street Outreach Services Liaison Application period is now closed.
The City of Pasadena Department of Housing is pleased to share our Request For Proposals for a Street Outreach Services Liaison who will work in conjunction with the Police Department’s Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Evaluation (HOPE) team. The liaison will engage directly with people experiencing homelessness on the streets of Pasadena in collaboration with the HOPE team to effectively support people transitioning from a housing crisis to housing stability.
All submissions are due by January 22, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing by January 15, 2020. Answers to the questions submitted are available for download here.

Each year the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) releases a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), signifying the beginning of a funding competition among approximately 450 Continuums of Care (CoC). The Pasadena Partnership is responsible for administering the Pasadena CoC application.
As an Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Entitlement city, the City of Pasadena receives an annual allocation of ESG funds and releases a Request for Proposal (RFP) biennially with guidelines to apply for those funds.
This Request for Applications (RFA) establishes the funding criteria for the Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) and California Emergency Housing and Solutions (CESH) Program.
The City of Pasadena administered Measure H dollars, passed through the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
