As a reminder\, board members serve three year terms and cannot be representatives from CoC funded agencies. In particular\, we are seeking representatives from agencies providing victim services\, those that serve homeless youth\, and business leaders. \nAs stated in the Pasadena Partnership Governance Charter\, the Pasadena CoC Board is the primary planning body for the Pasadena CoC. Board members determine the policy direction of the CoC and ensure that the CoC fulfills its responsibilities as assigned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Additionally\, the board oversees and approves the work of Pasadena CoC committees and workgroups.
